Please help. My 10 year old sons shoes (and feet in general) absolute stink and I don’t know what to do to get rid of it. It’s so bad that I have him wear indoor shoes at home, and take the likes of his school shoes off before he gets home. He’s a very active boy, always playing football. This is a pair of his trainers and as you can see there not trashed or anything so it’s not like they are overworn that would cause a smell, he just seems to have very smelly feet. Has anyone any advice on how to deal with it? It’s quite embarrassing if there are other people in the house and he’s in the room because it’s such a strong smell 😭, and I don’t want to keep on at him about it because it’s not his fault but it can be really unbearable 🤦‍♂️. His older brother and younger brother don’t seem to have this problem. Thanks 😊

This could be as a result of too much sweat since you said he's an active boy. So try these it should reduce the odour:

  1. Alternating shoes and socks, then ensure that the shoes are sun dried after wearing it.
  2. Exfoliating the feet at least 2 times in a week, there's a kind of stone you can use for that

3) Soak his feet inside warm water with epsom salts dissolved in it for like 20 to 30 minutes before exfoliating.

4) Use antiperspirant, i think Oriflame sells one that controls odour.
