For a couple of times now, few people have asked me what we use Plantain flour for.

So I had to snap with it to show you that it's actually food, just like your normal semo and corn flour, we use the turning stick to make it.

It's made exact way.

Plantain flour is made from unripe plantain, when  you slize it, the middle part contains the nutritional value of this flour.

Statics have it that a good amount has really helped aged people, especially those with diabetes. It is for this reason we have also made it available for your consumption.
