HOW TO COOK EGG SOUP

  INGREDIENTS
* Goat meat OR Beef
* Fresh fish
* Stock fish
* Pomo
* Dry fish
* Seasoning cubes
* Salt
* Pepper
* Cray fish (powdered)
* UZIZA leaves or pumpkin leaf (optional) 
* Palm oil
* Onion
* fresh tomatoes (optional)
* Locust beans (okpei)

  PREPARATIONS
* Wash the goat meat or beef, pomo, fresh fish, stock fish and transfer them into a pot. Season with salt, seasoning cubes, spices and place on fire. Allow it cook for 10min.

* In another pot, put your red oil and stir fry your onion and fresh tomato (the fresh tomatoes is purely optional but I like to use it in mine) for 2mins. 
* Add your already whisked egg into the pot, allow it to fry for 2mins before stirring.

* Add the meat/meat broths, allow to cook for another 1min before stirring.

*Wash the dried fish, add it into the pot. 
*Add your pepper, Salt, crayfish, seasoning cubes, grounded locust beans and stir. Allow it simmer for 5mins.

* Add the uziza or pumpkin leaves, stir and allow it cook for extra 3mins.

Your EGG SOUP is now ready 😋😋😋

NOTE: use any protein of your choice and feel fry to omit any one as well
