RICH SOFT BREAD
🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️3 cups (400g) flour
◾️1 cup (200g) milk or water
◾️¼ cup (40g) sugar
◾️2 tsp (7g) yeast
◾️¼ cup butter or oil
◾️ ¼ tsp salt
🌟 PROCEDURE
◾️Mix ingredient starting from water or milk.
◾️Add yeast, sugar, butter or veg oil, salt and flour.
◾️Mix together and knead for 15 min or until stretchy
(Tearing the dough apart should take time.)
◾️Put in a oiled bowl and cover to rise until size doubles.
◾️Punch to release gas or air.
◾️Roll to rectangle shape and roll to the size of your pan.
◾️Bake at 170°c/325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
◾️Let cool completely before cutting.
